Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS



For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for size/color exchange or for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged neatly and with the returns tag still attached.



If customers wish to return the goods, they are requested to send an email to customercare@dp69.it and request their return authorization number (RAN). The written request (via our return form) must contain the order number, the code of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return: refund or change of size and/or colour.



After submitting this request to Customer Service, the customer will receive an email with the return authorization number (RAN) and the instructions to follow in order to make the return. Customers are requested to write their RAN on the return tag attached to each item and on the copy of the invoice to be placed in the package. Customers are requested to strictly follow the instructions given to them.



Clients can choose from the following compensation options:



– Size and/or Color change
Items can be exchanged for the same model in a different size and/or color if available. Exchanges for different items are not accepted. The new requested item can be returned following the same procedure.



- Reimbursement
In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund is made on the same day of receipt of the package and only after the quality control of the returned items.
For orders paid for by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in each case it is about 20 working days.
The refund of orders made by bank transfer are returned to the original current account within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate changes and will not be refunded. The refund will always exclude the deduction charges made by credit card or Paypal.



RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers are kindly asked to follow the official JWA return policy as follows:
Items can only be returned for the following reasons: refund, size and/or color exchange.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, packaged neatly and with the returns tag still attached.
Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Items must be returned with all original tags, wrappers and other accessories received in the package. Glasses must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged and altered or used as a packing box for shipping.
In case of defective or incorrect goods as a result of an error committed by JWA, customers are requested to follow the instructions indicated above. Customers are requested to provide photographic evidence proving the defect or error. In these cases, the shipping costs and any customs charges are borne by JWA



Returns must be shipped in the original packing box used by JWA accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The shipping costs for the return of purchased items are charged to the customer.
Any customs duties are always charged to the customer.

Returns authorized by JWA must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally shipped.

Authorized returns must be shipped with the carrier specified by JWA in the return instructions email. JWA reserves the right not to accept returns in the event that the customer entrusts the shipment to a different courier than the one indicated and in the event that the delivery involves additional costs for JWA or requires collection at a courier branch.



JWA reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or not sent in accordance with the return policy. In such cases, JWA may return the package to the sender at the original shipping address. In the event of an unauthorized or non-compliant return being accepted, JWA may withhold 10% of the value of the returned goods from the refund due.
